The iPhone 17

Apple recently revealed its all-new phones, the iPhone 17 series. That is three refreshed versions of existing models and the all-new iPhone 17 Air, which is replacing the iPhone Plus. If waiting in line on release day isn't your style, and you still need to secure one at the earliest opportunity, you'll be able to pre-order the iPhone 17, 17 Pro Max, 17 Pro or iPhone 17 Air from 10pm AEST on September 12, in advance of the September 19 release date.

The iPhone 17 has a redesigned look with a slightly larger 6.3-inch display and thinner borders. And after much anticipation (and a lot of grumbling), the base iPhone finally features a 120Hz refresh rate.

Inside, Apple’s new A19 chip is quicker and more optimized, particularly when paired with Apple Intelligence. If you are upgrading from an older iPhone, you'll notice a massive bump in speed and smoother gaming courtesy of ProMotion.
On the camera front, you will find a 48MP Fusion main camera (shooting 24MP photos by default) as well as a 2x telephoto lens. The ultra-wide camera also features an upgrade to 48MP, making macro photography crisper and more impressive.

iPhone 17 Colours

The iPhone 17 will come in six colourways: black, white, steel gray, light blue, green and purple.

The iPhone 17 Air is set check here to come in black, white, light gold and sky blue.

The Pro and Pro Max models will be offered in three premium finishes: blue, orange and silver.
